Perhaps to many a sales prosess starts from receiving an order and ends with delivering to the buyer. However, in the eyes of managers company. The sales process is composed of 7 stages. One of which being delivery of the end product or reception of orders. The aforementioned stages are as follows

  1. An honorable buyer contact company and either orders informs of his/her demand.
  2. If the honorable buyer has no background  of purchasing salt products and does not know the grading, homology, and characteristics of the product he/she is going to buy, the receive information on the type of the required product, typr of consumption, place of consumption,etc the company recommendes products based of the customer as well as the place of the buyer.
  3. Afterwareds, the honorable buyer is referred to the sales unit where the tonnage and type of salt as well as the type of packing is determined. Next an invoice is issued at the request of the buyer along with a sample of theselected product.
  4. After reaching agreement on the priceand the other financial issues, the honorable buyer orders the salt product
  5. in order to load andcarry the product, if the honorable buyer does not intends to carry the product on their own . the loading unit controls the cargo at the time of loading and pursues it during its transfer to the destination determined by the honorable buye
  6. at the time of production and packaging of salt products, the company is responsible for assessing the grading, homology,and packing of salt products against the defined standards and criteria.
  7. the after sales unit contacts the honorable buyer 24-48 hours after delivery and unloading of the salt products to ask about their degree of satisfaction with the services. If any discontent with any services is mentioned by the buyer, the case is immediately assessed
